MEET OUR TEAM
Shannon- over the past 28 years Shannon has coached multiple levels of baseball including High School and Travel with his teams competing in some of the best baseball tournaments on the east coast! Shannon also owns a hitting academy known as Slugger's Academy and has coached multiple MLB draftees.
Michael- with many years of sales expierence Michael is a great asset to the business.
Michael has also been in the coaching world, assisting in an elite travel baseball organization.
Jeff- as a former collegiate baseball player, umpire and coach Jeff adds a lot of baseball knowledge to 3 Off The Bat. Jeff is also a Hall of Fame Umpire in the OHSAA, and has also attended Wendelstedt School for Umpires and has umpired in the NCAA Divison I, II,III and at the professional level in the Frontier League.

Aaron- as a social media and graphic designer, Aaron has added a social media presence to our business. Aaron aslo currently coaches Travel Softball and does recruiting for athletes seeking to play the game they love at the next level.
